Four years ago, a small group of Govilon residents were inspired to look for ways to record, celebrate and share the village's rich heritage with residents and visitors alike.

Well-known local artist Michael Blackmore is renowned for his fine black-and-white line drawings bringing local history to life. On Saturday, 18th November, he will be our guest as we unveil exclusive limited edition prints of his work

On Saturday, April 22nd, two years of preparation will be over and Govilon residents will have the chance to take a walk down memory lane – following three new Heritage Trails exploring the historical features around the village.
