Post Office Closure
Our Response
County Council Verona Nelmes has distributed petitions to several locations around the village. These petitions will be collected and presented to the Post Office before the end of the consultation.
These petitions can be found at:
- The Village Shop
- Bridgend Inn
- The Lion
- Church & Chapel
Verona Nelmes has also obtained a campaign pack from Help the Aged, to get hold of a copy, please email Verona.
Residents of the village are also requested to write to the Post Office to oppose the closure. These letters should be sent to the address below - a stamp is not required.
